Terms of Service

1) Summary

These Terms govern your use of QuizzyNest and our products (including Explorer, Family and MindKata). By accessing our website or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

2) Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 to create a parent account and purchase plans.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3) Subscriptions, Trials & Pricing

• Explorer/Family are subscription products. Pricing and plan features are shown on the Pricing page.
• £1 trial: where offered, this is a discounted first period. After the trial ends, your plan renews at the standard price unless you cancel before renewal.
• MindKata is a one-time purchase (no subscription) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4) Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Annual plans are pre-paid and non-cancellable pro-rata after the statutory cooling-off period (where applicable).
• One-time purchases (e.g., MindKata) are non-refundable after access is granted, unless required by law or stated otherwise on the product page.

5) Acceptable Use

• Do not share, resell or publicly distribute course materials, quizzes or certificates.
• No unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing activity.
• No attempts to bypass security or copy the service.

6) Privacy, Cookies & Security

• Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
• We use security tools including Google reCAPTCHA v3 on login/forms to prevent abuse.

7) Content & Intellectual Property

• All site content, stories, quizzes, illustrations and branding are owned by QuizzyNest or our licensors.
• Limited, non-transferable licence: personal household use only, in accordance with your plan.

8) Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics, LMS). Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.

9) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Educational outcomes vary by child and context.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizzyNest and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill.

11) Changes to Services & Terms

• We may update features, pricing, or availability.
• We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (without regard to conflict of law rules). Courts in England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
