This Refund Policy explains how QuizzyNest handles cancellations, renewals, and refund requests for digital subscriptions, reports, and related services.
QuizzyNest is primarily a digital subscription service. Because access to digital content and services may begin immediately or during a trial period, refunds are limited once supply has started, except where required by law or where we choose to offer a refund in our discretion.
1. Digital content and immediate access
QuizzyNest provides digital content and digital services, including subscription access, reports, progress tracking, quizzes, and related educational materials.
Where applicable law requires it, and where access to digital content or digital services begins immediately, we may ask at checkout for express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that this may affect or limit cancellation rights once supply has started.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Trial periods
If your sign-up includes a free trial or introductory offer, the trial length, plan, and renewal price will be shown at checkout.
- You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid renewal charge.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may convert automatically to the paid plan shown at checkout.
- It is your responsibility to cancel before the end of the trial if you do not wish to continue.
3. Subscription renewals and cancellations
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
- Unless we state otherwise at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- You will usually keep access until the end of the billing period already paid for.
4. When refunds are generally not available
Refunds are generally not offered in the following situations:
- you forgot to cancel before a trial or renewal date;
- you did not use the service during part of an active paid period;
- you changed your mind after paid digital content or paid digital services had already begun, except where law provides otherwise;
- you want a pro-rated refund for an unused portion of a billing cycle.
5. When a refund, credit, or other remedy may be available
A refund, credit, extension, repair, replacement, or other remedy may be available where required by law, or where we determine it is appropriate in our discretion. This may include situations such as:
- the service was paid for but could not be accessed because of a verified technical failure on our side;
- paid digital content or services were not provided as described;
- applicable consumer law gives you a remedy because digital content or services were faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
In some cases, the appropriate remedy may be a fix, restored access, replacement, service extension, credit, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
6. Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us as soon as possible and provide enough detail for us to investigate. We may ask for supporting information such as screenshots, timestamps, device details, or a description of the issue.
If we verify a significant service issue caused by our service or systems, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include restored access, an extension, a partial credit, or a refund where required or appropriate.
7. How to cancel
You can cancel by using the relevant billing or account settings made available to you, for example:
- log in to your parent account or dashboard;
- go to your subscription or billing settings;
- choose the option to cancel the subscription before the next renewal date.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first so we can review the issue. Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising any rights you may have through your payment provider, card issuer, or under applicable law.
9. Statutory rights
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. In the United Kingdom, digital content and digital services may be subject to rights and remedies under consumer law if they are faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
If you are in another jurisdiction, including the United States, mandatory consumer protection rules may also apply to the extent they cannot lawfully be excluded.
