Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. £1 Trial

The 14-day £1 trial is non-refundable. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged for a subscription.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

• You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Partial refunds for unused days in a month are not provided.

3. Yearly Subscriptions

• You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal.
• After 14 days, no refund is available, but your access will continue until the end of your year-long subscription period.

4. MindKata One-Off Purchase

• Refunds for the MindKata program are only available if requested within 7 days of purchase AND if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Log in to your QuizzyNest account.
2. Go to 'My Account'.
3. Click 'Manage Billing & Subscription'.
4. Follow the instructions in the secure Stripe portal to cancel.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please email info@quizzynest.com with the email address used for your account and a copy of your receipt. All eligible refunds are processed via Stripe.

7. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
